Olivia Swann is an independent U.K. artist serving R&B-flavoured, jazz-influenced music with a dark side of pop. Spilling the tea with her lyrics & signature sound, the London-based, Los Angeles-frequenting, Berklee College of Music graduate, blends her early inspirations with her lyrical wit, into an unapologetic and authentic sound.
Counting her inspirations as Outkast, Erykah Badu, Chet Baker and Amy Winehouse, Olivia’s aesthetic is brimming with a wild variety of genres that has led her to her unique sound. Having been mentored by Grammy award-winning producers and songwriters such as James Fauntleroy (Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean) and Rance Dopson (Roddy Rich, Ella Mai) and working with the likes of Rico Love (Beyonce, Usher), she has also gone on to make a name for herself in the US as a songwriter.

Performing at festivals such as Virgin’s Osheaga festival in Montreal, Canada, Olivia has also supported artists onstage such as Xavier Omar, closing his sold out show at London’s Islington Assembly Hall. She has performed all over the UK including venues such as Laylow, Library London & a memorable appearance on the famous stage at Ronnie Scott’s, Soho. All while selling out the O2 Islington Academy2, a headline, sold-out, show at 93 Feet East, Brick Lane followed up, after the pandemic year, with a covid-capacity sell-out headline show at Colours, Hoxton. With the expanse of experience she has garnered, Swann stands by the motto; ‘If you want someone to like my music, get them to come see me live.’

Championed by 1Xtra’s DJ Target, BBC Radio 1’s Jack Saunders, and Apple Music’s Rebecca Judd & Radio 2’s David Rodigan, she racked up not only the streams but also the influencers sending her songs viral on TikTok, including Kristen Hancher, sharing Swann’s debut single to her 25million followers.
Olivia has clearly perfected her artistry over these years, and has certainly now emerged one of the most exciting newcomers on the scene.

South Londoner Lu Wright’s has shared her five track debut EP ‘Notes To Self’. Lu Wright’s breathy, jazzy tones rest beautifully between soul and R&B. The artist grew-up in a home filled with music, listening to everything from the classic soul/jazz maestros of the 50’s and 60’s, like Nina Simone and Sam Cooke, to noughties RnB and Hip Hop outfits such as Outkast, Eminem, Rihanna and Amy Winehouse. This is where her love for songwriting and melody truly began. ‘Notes to self’, is a body of work that radiates warmth and a magnetic energy, woven together in a narrative that tells of the vulnerability and the solitary venture of self-discovery as a young woman.
