Midnight Material returns with a very special performance from the legendary producer Dennis Bovell.

Founder of reggae outfit Matumbi, lovers rock pioneer and all-round dub icon, Bovell has been at the controls of some of the UK’s most vital music for forty years – from Janet Kay’s ‘Silly Games’, to game-changing post-punk, dub and experimental pop from The Slits, Orange Juice, and The Pop Group.

A figure whose music has informed the DISLO sound more than perhaps anyone else, we’re delighted to invite Dennis to share a selection of originals he doesn’t usually have space to play, including extended dubs, unreleased and previously unheard material.
