Natalie Holmes + John Nicholas

After an exciting year releasing her new single ‘Hideout’, and collaborating with Anjunabeats artist Oliver Smith on their track ‘Zero’, Bristol-based singer/songwriter Natalie Holmes is on the road again. Holmes writes lilting, haunting and yet somehow invigorating pop, with honey toned vocals and an incredible depth to every song, and this October she returns to London, accompanied by her band, for her Servant Jazz debut.

This event will be alongside the spine-tingling voice of co-headliner John Nicholas.

‘An invigorating listen’ – Record of the Day

‘An inspired return from a songwriter we will enjoy watching develop over the coming months and years’ – Clash Magazine

‘The inventive but familiar, simple but complex. She writes the kind of tunes that get inside your head and don’t let go’ – BBC Introducing in the West

‘Natalie Holmes’ soaring vocals of witty lyricism are set against heartwarming acoustics’ – Fred Perry Subculture

With inspiration taken from the likes of Foy Vance and John Mayer, John’s story songs are catchy, relatable and envelope the listener through the textures he creates with his loop pedal. With previous tracks “Runaway” and “What Love Is” playlisted on BBC Radio Wales, UCB, Premier Radio and played across the country John has been going from strength to strength.

John recently toured the UK twice, once supporting Speak, Brother and then on his own covering dates from Glasgow to London entertaining audiences across the UK.
